That is the heart behind the Grace in Motion Track Girls Conference.
On July 8, 2026, young female athletes from across the country will gather in Jacksonville, Florida for a day dedicated to something bigger than track. This conference was created to help girls develop the confidence, character, faith, leadership, and purpose needed to thrive both on and off the track.
In today's world, young athletes face more pressure than ever before. They are navigating social media, comparison, performance expectations, academics, relationships, and the constant pursuit of success. While many events focus on athletic performance, Grace in Motion focuses on the whole athlete.
Because before a girl can become a champion on the track, she must first learn who she is off of it.
The conference will feature inspiring speakers, meaningful conversations, mentorship opportunities, and practical tools designed to help young women grow as athletes, leaders, daughters, teammates, and future professionals.
